A Rear Stabilizer Bar Ball Joint (Left/Right), commonly called a rear sway bar link or stabilizer link, is a critical component that connects the rear stabilizer bar (sway bar) to the rear suspension, typically the rear lower control arms or struts. This joint allows the stabilizer bar to function effectively by transferring force between the left and right wheels during cornering, reducing body roll, and improving overall stability and handling. Its ball joint design enables smooth articulation while maintaining a firm connection. Worn or damaged rear links can lead to clunking noises, reduced handling precision, uneven tire wear, and a less secure feel during turns.
