A Front Stabilizer Bar Ball Joint (Left/Right), also commonly known as a stabilizer bar link or sway bar link, is a connecting rod that joins the front stabilizer bar (sway bar) to the vehicle's suspension components, typically the strut or lower control arm. This ball joint allows for rotational movement and articulation, enabling the stabilizer bar to reduce body roll during cornering by transferring force between the left and right wheels. Its key functions are to enhance stability, improve handling responsiveness, and maintain tire contact with the road. Worn or damaged links can cause clunking noises, excessive body roll, and reduced steering precision.
